Just a few points that I feel need clarification when it comes to a date:
1. You asked me out = you pay
2. You must compliment me in some way. examples: "you're funny or smart", "you smell really great", "you have a great smile or beautiful eyes", etc.
3. You forgot your wallet = I forgot to take my nice pills today :o)
4. Dress appropriately. Do not show up dirty, smelly or sloppy. Brush your hair & teeth, shave, and do not wear jean shorts with white socks pulled up to your knees or flannel of any kind!
5. Open doors for me.
6. Do not over do on the alcohol.
7. Do not expect a good night kiss, hug or even a high five at the end of a first date. And don't ask.
8. Do arrive on time.
9. Do be prepared to talk about your job (yes you must have one).
10. Do NOT talk about your ex-girlfriend (or ex- boyfriend).

Do open doors for me. But don't be a dweeb about it like knocking me out of the way to get the door.
Never say I live with my parents (at least when you first meet someone). "I have 2 housemates" sounds better.
Also if you want to date me you must meet all of the following critiera: you MUST have a J-O-B, not "live @ home" although I guess if you live in a box under a bridge you can techinally refer to your box as your home... I digress. Back on track.. You must have own/lease your own car, you must have the majority of your own hair and teeth and no estranged/seperated wife in the wings. You can be divorced, but not seperated. It's important to to be certiifed by the state as single.
Expanding on number 4... you do not need to be dressed head to toe in Gucci, however, you must be pulled together and "event appropriate."
